Solution to my problems: I’ve come up with two of them.
I’m going to quit my job and move home in 6 months when my roommate moves out, so long as around my birthday I’ve found a job down there with a decent start date. I’ll just clear out the back closet of my moms house and put my bed in there, and buy a cycle so I can visit the city on the weekends and get to work....
